The PTERODACTYL in rendering and on stage during production. This is one of a couple of instances where I wish we had the capability to "fly" the actor in, but there just wasn't any safe way to do this outdoors.

You'll notice that I have depicted all the Monsters as being portrayed my male actors in my renderings. Just a conceipt, I guess. In reality there are always more females than males in any theatre company and in this show the males were all busy portraying the crew of the ship, etc. So it fell to the women to handle the puppeteering duties and I have to say I think this added a different dimension to the whole production.

CAROL WEIDEMAN was really sensational as the PTERODACTYL here.
