Here are some photos of me and the crew on the day the PUNCH & JUDY GONG SHOW puppets arrived from Georgia. With me here are Bruce Lehnus and Barry Conyers, a couple of hyper-talented teenagers who did some of the puppeteering at Joyland Park which was our base performing space where all the various puppet acts got their initial tryouts before being shipped to parks all over the country. RAY MOORE really outdid himself on these puppets, they are beyond beautiful...amazingly lightweight and yet so durable that they survived many seasons. In all I believe Ray made 8 other versions of these same characters as the PUNCH & JUDY GONG SHOW was installed in other amusement parks in later years.
